Return/ Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we have made an error, please contact us at RockPaperDenimbyMS3@gmail.com.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased from our website. 

NOTE: If there is a sizing issue and your item meets the requirements below, it is at RPD by MS3 discretion to accommodate a size exchange or not. 

If RPD by MS3 has made an error, for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The Goods are UNUSED in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

NO RETURN on custom pieces, all sales are FINAL!
